    2.Personal and other data

    Personal data collected from Customers are processed by the Supplier. They are recorded in the customer file and are essential for processing your order. This personal information and data are also kept for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. They will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill orders and applicable warranties.

    The controller of data processing is the Provider. Access to personal data will be strictly limited to the employees of the controller, authorized to process them due to their functions. The information collected may be communicated to third parties linked to the company by contract for the execution of outsourced tasks, without the Customer’s authorization being necessary.

    While performing their services, third parties have only limited access to the data and are obliged to use it in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation on personal data protection. Except as set out above, the Supplier shall not sell, rent, assign or give access to third parties to the data without the prior consent of the Customer, unless it is compelled to do so for a legitimate reason.

    If the data is transferred outside the EU, the Customer will be informed and the guarantees taken to secure the data will be specified. Personal data is processed and hosted on servers located in the European Union. However, it is possible that Customer Data may be transferred, during subsequent subcontracts, to recipients located in countries outside the European Union. In this case, the Supplier ensures that the recipients implement the necessary measures to maintain the same level of protection as within the European Union, by appropriate guarantees whose communication can be obtained on request. As an example, data transfers outside the European Union may take place in the United States.

    In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of data concerning him, as well as the right to oppose processing for legitimate reasons, rights that it can exercise by contacting the data controller at the following postal address or email: “contact@pgmprecision.com”. In the event of a complaint, the Customer may address a complaint to «contact@pgmprecision.com». The communication of specific instructions after death and the exercise of the Client’s rights shall be made by email to the address “contact@pgmprecision.com” , or by post to the following address: PGM Précision, to the attention of François Brion, 251 route de Chavanne, 74330 Poisy, specifying the information that allows to establish your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent national data protection authority.     2.1. Contact forms

    The personal data collected on the contact forms and in particular the e-mail addresses are accessible only by the persons in charge of processing your request in the company PGM Précision and/or the members of our commercial network. They allow us to respond to your request, particularly by e-mail.

    No commercial use of the data collected may be made without the prior written consent of PGM Précision and/or the members of our commercial network, depending on the circumstances. The data collected are not stored on the site under any circumstances. This information is confidential and kept by PGM Précision and/or the members of our sales network.

    Any personal information that you may transmit to PGM Précision is subject to the provisions of Act No. 78-17 Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, as amended.     2.2. Non-personal data

    We may obtain information that is automatically obtained but which cannot, under any circumstances, be associated with a person. This information includes the type of Internet browser you are using, your computer’s system and the name of the domain through which you accessed our site.

    PGM PRECISION is not a long distance shooting range. PGM PRECISION is not an event organiser and does not offer reservation service to Third Party Organisers. Although PGM PRECISION posts information about long range shooting ranges offered by Third Party Organizers and facilitates access to certain providers on their websites, such actions do not imply, suggest, or constitute in any way a sponsorship or endorsement by PGM PRECISION of such Third Party Organizers, or any affiliation between PGM PRECISION and such Third Party Organizers. PGM PRECISION does not endorse or recommend the products or services of the Third Party Organizers. PGM PRECISION does not approve of any content published, submitted or otherwise provided by a User or the Third-Party Organizers, nor of any advice, opinion or recommendation expressed therein, and expressly declines any responsibility regarding said content. PGM PRECISION declines all responsibility concerning any act, omission, error, declaration, guarantee, breach or negligence of Third Party Organisers or any bodily injury, death, material damage or other damage or costs resulting from the User’s interactions with a Third Party Organiser. Each User acknowledges that he/she is responsible for his/her use of the site and for any transaction involving event bookings with Third Party Organisers.

    PGM PRECISION does not manage and does not enter into any booking contract for the events of Third Party Organisers listed on its site.     Responsibility of the User

    Any User who uses the Site acknowledges that he/she does so under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility.
